This place is a joke. With their unqualified dentists, unethical practices & misleading prices I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. My brother was quoted 7000 for dentures with implants. He ended up paying 8000 to get his teeth pulled. He never got implants and the temps they consider being high quality were unacceptable. They looked like an 8 year old made them or they got from a bubble gum machine. It's been three months now and they refuse to complete the work, have not returned calls or refunded money they promised to return. After doing research I found out that most of the dentists including the only board certified doctor they claim work at White Smile and are the best in Tijuana no longer work there. i personally called and spoke to these other offices these doctors are currently employed at. Dr. Aldo Espinoza, the board certified doctor is Omar's,(the owner of White Smile Center) brother. Don't get suckered in by their salesman Omar. He's good at what he does...He's a good salesman. He's very believable and accommodating at first. once he has your money he can care less. If you have had a bad experience with this office, please contact me via email. Thanks

I came to White Smile Center last year and got 4 root canals and 4 crowns. Now ALL 4 of the root canals have failed and one of the crowns broke. It's going to cost me a lot of money to fix everything. They even admitted to me that they messed up and offered a refund, but I never got it and they won't reply to me anymore. I thought going here was a good idea to save money but in the long run it's costing me much more than if I had gone to an experienced dentist in the US. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and don't give this place your business!

This place is a mystery, as of 03/30/2017 if you look at their website they don't list the names of the doctors or their background. second warning sign I got from them, when I arrived at my appt on 03/28/2017 they told me If I was from Tijuana I said yes, the person who came out because the receptionist was not there, told me they don't take people from Tijuana. What !!!! I just walked out, these people only want american to charge exorbitant prices, if you look at their web site they don't list prices. Their website is only in English nothing in Spanish, they don't even list a mexican phone number ...COFEPRIS (mexico FDA) should regulate these clowns. Imagine going to a dentist to San Diego, asking you if you are from San Diego, answered yes, and be told that they don't take patients from San Diego, only From Mexico...what would you do ? What would you think ? These doctors probably came out of publics schools and charge prices as if they attended IVY leagues schools. Ask them from what university did you graduated ? Do you have a specialized degreed in the field of my dental medical needs ? asked them to show you proof, if they are just general doctors doing implants, walked away....there are many good doctors in Tijuana, be aware of those doctors that hide professional background facts, or don't take mexicans as patients and only charge in dollars. They paid their assistants in pesos, yet they charge in dollars, they are hypocrites.

Had a root canal done a year ago it cam e oi OK except the cap was a little big on one side making my bite very uncomfortable for a whole year now my bottom tooth broke because of the constant biting and i have to get another root canal also 1100 isn't exactly cheap its 1500 in the states don't trust these people !
